We provide dedicated parking, in front of the house.

Very near the house (5min walk), you can find Mitsos - BBQ (Ag.Panton Kounoupidiana) , Ta Gourounakia ( Eleftheriou Venizelou Kounoupidiana). Both high quality! Also you could get traditional cooced food from Tsikalaki ( Eleftheriou Venizelou Kounoupidiana)

You can find pharmacy if needed very near, on Agion Panton street , 2 minutes walk.

One of the closest options is Andreas Market, located on El. Venizelou (2 minutes walk from house), Sklavenitis Super Market (Ag. Onoufriou ), which is bigger and located just 5 minutes away from house. There, you’ll find everything from fresh fruits, coffee, breakfast, to toiletries and household items.

For better security of your luggage we would suggest that you close all windows and doors on the ground floor when you leave the house. We don't provied safe, so we would suggset no to leave jewlery on house.

Damage
If during or after your stay, damage is noted on house (not normal wear ) , or on it's equipment compensation will be required. All house and equipment are photographed and checked before your check-in.
Missing equipment
If missing equipment is noted on house after your checkout, compensation will be required. All equipment are photographed and checked before your check-in.
What is required to book Candia Maisonette?
You should submit your booking request by completing the form. When accepted you will be prompted to submit a prepayment via bank transfer.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash on site and bank transfers.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights. If you cancel after that, there is no refund.

Per local law directives, your passport Number or EU id number is required.
